well i’m not quite sure what my clothing sizes are exactly. they change with each store/brand. in jeans, i’m either a 3 or a 4. in tops, i’m usually a small or medium. so yeah… i guess that’s it, yo.

I never grow tired of discussing exactly what’s wrong with the traditional Western diet and campaigning for change! If you look what Americans eat in a typical day, it’s just shocking to see what people call food. Much of what people ingest barely resembles food as we traditionally know…

i don’t have a favorite diet. this isn’t just about losing weight. it’s about creating a healthy lifestyle. so i eat healthy and exercise lots. that’s my plan. :)

well i usually don’t eat fast food because 1) i’m allergic to gluten and 2) after i eat it, i want to die (even when it’s gluten free). but the other day i went to red robin with my little brother and got a burger and fries. i thought to myself, “hey! everything in moderation. you’ve been working out and eating well. what’s one meal?” well after i ate there, i felt like SHIT. i just wanted to curl up in a ball and die. but yeah, i guess the last time i ate fast food was 2 or so days ago?
