1 Week 1 Goal: Morning Workouts
How many times have you planned to workout, but end up skipping because you get busy? Or maybe later in the day you make excuses and put it off until tomorrow. Whatever the case, morning workouts should become part of everyone’s daily routine! They will make you feel energized and strong and those aren’t the only benefits!
With this challenge, you agree that for 1 week you will try your best to set your alarm at least 30 minutes earlier and start your day with a morning workout!
So here’s the plan:
Plan Better! To wake up earlier, you have to plan! It is essential that you continue to prep your food the night before so your mornings aren’t crowded with a to do list of things! So pack your food, pick out your outfits, and get any work done the night before! You can wake up earlier with a little effort!
Set your alarm 30 minutes earlier! 3O minutes isn’t really that much! So set your alarm and as soon as you hear it in the morning…WAKE UP! No more hitting the snooze button :)
Mix It Up! Try out different workouts! Go for a walk, a run, do some yoga, do 30 minutes of pilates, try some different workout videos…anything!
Morning workouts are super beneficial! Here’s a list of just a few of their numerous benefits:Burns Fat
Improves Energy
Stops Procrastination
Sharpens Mind
Promotes Better Sleep
Encourages Healthy Eating
Boost Metabolism
Boost Moods
Preserve Muscle Tone

So try it out! For just 1 week, set your alarm for at least 30 minutes earlier and fit in an early morning workout sesh! You’ll start to see the benefits and you’ll create a habit for yourself!
